6.擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業二級及其以上注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
7.業績要求：無；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. It must be a legal entity established within the territory of China in accordance with the law; 4. Have a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of construction projects; 5. Possess a valid safety production license; 6. The proposed project leader shall have a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of construction engineering, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and shall not serve as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; 7. Performance requirements: None; 8. Other requirements: None.
