Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Annual random inspections are conducted on the quality of construction materials entering the construction site (including fire protection materials and components), as well as on-site quality supervision inspections and residential project quality individual inspection and re-examination. Strengthening of quality supervision is carried out. Bidders participating in this tender can bid for one package or multiple packages simultaneously, but each bidder can only win one package. (b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項目包件（標(biāo)段）一、二是專門面向中小企業(yè)采購，評審時中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價格折扣優(yōu)惠；包件（標(biāo)段）三、四、五不是專門面向中小企業(yè)采購，評審時小型和微型企業(yè)產(chǎn)品享受10%的價格折扣。（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。本項目中小企業(yè)所屬的行業(yè)為其他未列明行業(yè)。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policy for Supporting Small and Medium-sized Enterprises: This project package (bid section) one and two are specifically for procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises. During the evaluation process, the products of small and medium-sized enterprises do not enjoy price discount benefits. Packages (bid sections) three, four, and five are not specifically for procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises. During the evaluation, the products of small and micro enterprises enjoy a 10% price discount. (2) Disability-friendly welfare units, and they are regarded as small and medium-sized enterprises. The industry to which the small and medium-sized enterprises belonging in this project belongs is an unspecified other industry.
(c)本項目的特定資格要求：1、包件1、包件2、包件3、包件4的供應(yīng)商須具有省（市）級及以上建設(shè)行政主管部門頒發(fā)的建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量檢測資質(zhì)證書，資質(zhì)類別為專項資質(zhì)（檢測專項須包含本項目內(nèi)容）或綜合資質(zhì)；
2、本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包、違法分包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. The suppliers of Package 1, Package 2, Package 3 and Package 4 must hold the construction quality inspection qualification certificates issued by the provincial (municipal) level or above construction administrative authorities. The qualification categories should be specialized qualifications (the inspection specialized qualifications must cover the contents of this project) or comprehensive qualifications. 2. This project does not allow subcontracting or illegal subcontracting.
(i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規(guī)定；
(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(ii)未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
