4.具有安全生產許可證（有效期內）；
5.擬派項目負責人具有市政公用工程專業二級及其以上注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
6.業績要求：無；
7.其他要求：無。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. Possess a Class III or above qualification for general construction of municipal public works; 4. Have a safety production license (valid within the validity period); 5. The project leader to be dispatched should have a registered construction engineer qualification for municipal public works at the second level or above, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not be serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; 6. Performance requirements: None; 7. Other requirements: None.
