簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)浦東新區(qū)既有建筑玻璃幕墻安全使用維護(hù)監(jiān)督管理，按照《浦東新區(qū)既有玻璃幕墻使用維護(hù)第三方檢查方案》中“一標(biāo)段”區(qū)域內(nèi)1645棟既有玻璃幕墻建筑，分布在浦興、東明、南碼頭、塘橋、濰坊、陸家嘴、洋涇、花木、金楊新村、高行進(jìn)行全覆蓋監(jiān)督檢查，并加強(qiáng)汛期、高溫期間檢查力度，對(duì)檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)隱患做好整改督促閉合，同時(shí)做好既有玻璃幕墻信息平臺(tái)的數(shù)據(jù)更新維護(hù)工作，做好既有玻璃幕墻突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急響應(yīng)處置。本項(xiàng)目主要工作內(nèi)容包括：監(jiān)督檢查工作（玻璃幕墻日常檢查、玻璃幕墻專(zhuān)項(xiàng)檢查、玻璃幕墻綜合督查）、應(yīng)急保障工作、日常事務(wù)性工作、其他既有玻璃幕墻使用維護(hù)監(jiān)管相關(guān)交辦工作。參加本次投標(biāo)的投標(biāo)人，可對(duì)一個(gè)包件進(jìn)行投標(biāo)，也可對(duì)多個(gè)包件同時(shí)進(jìn)行投標(biāo)，但每個(gè)投標(biāo)人只能中標(biāo)一個(gè)包件。（具體詳見(jiàn)第三章采購(gòu)需求書(shū)）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: In order to further strengthen the supervision and management of the safe use and maintenance of existing building glass curtain walls in Pudong New Area, in accordance with the "First Phase" area of the "Third-party Inspection Plan for the Use and Maintenance of Existing Glass Curtain Walls" in Pudong New Area, 1,645 existing glass curtain wall buildings distributed in Puxing, Dongming, Nan Dock, Tangqiao, Weifang, Lujiazui, Yangjing, Huamu, Jin Yang Xinquan, Gaoxing are subject to comprehensive supervision and inspection. The inspection efforts will be intensified during the flood season and high-temperature periods. Any identified hazards will be rectified and closed-looped. At the same time, the data update and maintenance work for the existing glass curtain wall information platform will be carried out, and emergency response and handling measures for existing glass curtain wall incidents will be well prepared.
