合同履約期限：自合同簽訂之日起6個月內(nèi)完成系統(tǒng)交付（包含調(diào)試運(yùn)行），服務(wù)期為項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收通過后次日起3年。        

The Contract Period: The system shall be delivered (including debugging and operation) within 6 months from the date of contract signing. The service period is 3 years starting from the day after the project is accepted and qualified.

(b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目是專門面向小微企業(yè)采購，評審時小微企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價格折扣優(yōu)惠； （2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。        

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved share measures to increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and implement the policy of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically for procurement by small and micro enterprises. During the evaluation process, products from small and medium-sized enterprises do not enjoy price discount benefits.
